We are celebrating our 60th anniversary this October. The Charco Broiler opened in the fall of 1957 as a simple coffee shop and burger joint. Our commitment to serve quality food with exceptional service at affordable prices has remained unchanged. Our restaurant is always looking to partner with other family owned companies from the area to provide the best products available.
The Charco Broiler is proud to be family owned and operated for three generations. In the photo is Gib McGarvey and Lee Stark, two cousins from small towns with big dreams. Lee, Gib and Lynn worked to make the business a success.
